ACF Culinary Arts is the only culinary program in Russia and CIS, accredited by American Culinary Federation (ACF).
The program is based on the methodology of classic French cooking with elements of Asian, Italian and other influential international cuisines. It also includes an extensive baking & pastry course, as well as it covers the latest cooking techniques and gastronomic trends.
At the end of the studies, we offer an experiential opportunity by immersing you in the day-to-day activities of a professional kitchen through a 20-week internship in Russia or abroad.

I have decided to apply for SWISSAM Culinary Arts program when I have already been involved in the restaurant business for several years. I was looking for basic knowledge and Chef Lorry was the right person for me. Since then, I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen and it was the most useful study I have ever got.
In February 2018 I have entered SWISSAM University, where the practice with foreign chefs is put forward, and the kitchen meets modern standards. It was my dream to study at SWISSAM. I dreamed of learning from the famous pastry cook Julia Bakova. This wish did not come true, because it was the time when Julia went on maternity leave, but on the other hand, I got a lot of practical skills and acquaintances with chefs from Austria and Germany. At the end of my studies, I was granted an American Culinary Federation diploma, so it's never a problem to find a job for me.
