Great team! Everyone is extremely friendly! They are all professionals in what they do. Their strong, bright personalities and desire to make their students the best of the best in the field of the hospitality industry - are astonishing! The teaching system is also amazing: we do not lose our time on lectures, we are involved in the learning process every second! Each lecture has a presentation, and they are all sent to students by e-mail at the end of the school day. We get extensive handouts, the best books for studying (mostly foreign ones, which is very satisfying).

Networking plays a very important role in hospitality. VIP guests come to SWISSAM to recruit: hotel CEOs, famous chefs, etc. They communicate with students, always ready to answer questions, exchange contacts and, of course, such events always bring the desired result.

The biggest shock for me was the fact that I did not go, but RAN to school instead!

If you want to grow in the hotel industry, it is important for you to understand that the hotel manager must be skilled for all jobs: an administrator, a sommelier, a housekeeper, a miscellaneous worker, a waiter, a marketer, a cashier, a security officer etc. Every detail is equally important! And they teach you all that at SWISSAM. While studying, I could discuss ideas with professors and students, receive extremely useful advises, and immediately implement everything into real life.

Despite my 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I still wanted to get theoretical knowledge. SWISSAM was my choice. It was very interesting to compare large and small hotel management. It helped me structure the management system and optimize the employees' workload and working timetable. Two of the most useful units for me were financial management and working timetable development. I applied this knowledge in my work, and I am confident that the result was great!

I am currently successful in the educational business: I launched the online project "Time Management for Travelers", having more than 60 students during a 2-months period. I also organize tourist trips for Russian bloggers. Now I'm developing 2 large projects that will start very soon.

Any education requires self-education. SWISSAM is not just a university where you come, wait for the end of lectures, pass the exams and relax. Once I came here and I was imbued with the professionalism of teachers, a variety of subjects, an indescribable amount of opportunities for your future - you cannot get out ;)

I have been studying here for a year. And during this year, even though the lectures were taught for 6 months only, there was no time to relax. There is a lot of work. And mostly it is work on yourself. By the time my studies ended then the internship began. Once the internship is over, it is time to be ready to study.

Thanks to SWISSAM I learned how to work, achieve my goals and become a happy person, who is confident that the future is bright! )
