Имеет богатый опыт работы в индустрии гостеприимства, начиная с 1989 года. Работал в Германии, Швеции, Австралии, Азии, России. Впервые получил должность шеф-повара в 1993 году. Принимал участие во многих значимых мероприятиях в качестве шеф-повара и судьи.

Окончил Restaurant School (Stockholm, Sweden - Chef Qualification) и Swedish Restaurant Academy (Kitchen Economy).

Владеет шведским, английским, немецким и русским языками.

Готовил для 50-летнего юбилея Короля Швеции, 1996

Готовил ужин для Министра обороны РФ Иванова С.Б., 2004

Готовил официальный гала-ужин для Короля Швеции в Музее современного искусства в Сиднее, 2005
